This module will give you my top networking tips. What to do and what not to do. This course encourages you to think about what you want and need from networking. Our coaching session will then look at creating a networking strategy that fits you.


Module 7: Great Networking!

In this module, we’re going to unravel the mysteries of networking and equip you with the tools you need to thrive in any room, whether it’s virtual or face-to-face. So, grab a cup of your favourite beverage and let’s dive in!

In the coaching session for this we will look at what you want out of networking, who are your people, where you can find them and how much resource you have to expend on it.  So you can take your precious energy and spend it in the right place.

  1. The Purpose of Networking: Ever wondered why networking is such a big deal? We’ll kick things off by exploring the true purpose behind networking and how it can be a game-changer for your personal and professional growth.
  2. Niche – Potential Networking: Let’s get specific! Discover the power of finding your niche and how it can open up a world of networking opportunities you never knew existed. It’s all about finding your tribe and making meaningful connections within it.
  3. Freebies – Try Before You Buy: Who doesn’t love a good freebie, right? With networking often you are offer freebies, try them.  Then you can work out what you like and what you don’t so you get a group perfect for you.
  4. Pitch or Story: When it comes to networking, are you a pitch-perfect pro or a captivating storyteller? We’ll look at which is best and what suits you so you leave a lasting impression with your audience, whether you’re pitching your business or sharing your story.
  5. Trust Your Gut: Your intuition is your secret weapon in the world of networking. I’ll show you how to tune in to your gut instincts and use them to navigate conversations, spot opportunities, and build genuine connections with others.
  6. Consistency – Timescales: Rome wasn’t built in a day, and neither is a killer network. We’ll talk about the importance of staying consistent in your networking efforts and how to set realistic timescales for your goals. Because good things come to those who persist!
